LakeSail Subprocessors
LakeSail engages certain subprocessors in connection with providing the Platform Services or Support Services. A subprocessor is a LakeSail affiliate (“LakeSail Affiliate”) or a third-party engaged by LakeSail, Inc. or a LakeSail Affiliate to process personal data on behalf of LakeSail’s customers. Capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in the Master Cloud Services Agreement or other written agreement you have with LakeSail (“Agreement”).

✧ The processing location may be Customer’s selected region, the location of the customer’s end users, Entity Country and/or the locations listed in the Subprocessor resources.
﹢ LakeSail Platform Services may be processed in LakeSail-selected regions and are not guaranteed to be processed in the same region as Customer’s selected region.
