AWS Marketplace End User License Agreement

By subscribing to any product or service sold by LakeSail (“LakeSail Services”) on the Amazon Web Services Marketplace, you agree to the terms located at lakesail.com/legal/mcsa (the “MCSA”).

If you are entering into the MCSA on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to the MCSA, in which case “you,” or “your” will refer to that entity (otherwise, such terms refer to you as an individual). If you do not have authority to bind your entity or do not agree with any provision of the MCSA, you are not permitted to subscribe to and may not use the LakeSail Services.

“If you have agreed a negotiated version of the MCSA (”Negotiated MCSA”) that (a) has not expired or been terminated, and (b) covers the LakeSail Services, then the Negotiated MCSA will continue to govern your use of such LakeSail Services on the Amazon Web Services Marketplace.”
