LakeSail Data Processing Addendum

Companies who have licensed or subscribed to LakeSail Services and require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may download and electronically sign the LakeSail DPA by clicking on the link below. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA will be emailed to the address designated by you during the process. By entering into a new DPA available below, you will replace your existing DPA in its entirety.
